History

Our History

The Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists Punjab was founded in 2018 in Bathinda by a dedicated group of pathologists, microbiologists, and biochemists. Their vision was to create a unified platform for all branches of diagnostic medicine, fostering collaboration and professional growth while addressing the growing menace of illegal labs operated by unqualified individuals.

Our inaugural Continuing Medical Education (CME) conference in 2018 set the stage for our commitment to ongoing education and the latest advancements in diagnostic techniques. Each year, our CME events have expanded, drawing experts and participants from across the region.

Today, our association continues to grow, supporting our members and advancing the field of diagnostic medicine. We remain committed to improving patient outcomes and contributing to public health.
